Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: LunaWeb retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design elements, code, and graphics, created during the website design and development process unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Content: You, as the client, are responsible for providing any content, including text, images, and logos, to be included on the website unless where we have agreed to generate / provide this for you. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and display this content on your website.

Limitation of Liability

LunaWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

1. Hosting Services: LunaWeb provides hosting services for websites designed and developed by us. By opting for our hosting services, you agree to abide by our hosting terms and conditions, which are outlined separately and provided to you upon request.


2. Security Measures: LunaWeb takes security seriously and implements industry-standard measures to protect your website and data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your website's content and data. LunaWeb accepts no liability for security breaches by third parties including, but not limited to, DDoS attacks, data leaks etc.


3. Maintenance Packages: LunaWeb offers maintenance packages to keep your website running smoothly and up to date. These packages may include regular updates, backups, and technical support. By subscribing to our maintenance packages, you agree to a minimum term of 12 months. Early termination of the maintenance package may incur additional charges as outlined in our maintenance terms and conditions.

Termination

LunaWeb reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or any agreement we make.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions and treated as a contract under English law.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
